Mr. Mark Setter is a decal softening solution which also improves the adhesiveness of the decal.
Application: Apply on the model under the decal. Slide the decal in position as normal, and gently push out the remaining liquid from underneath with soft cloth or cotton bud. To achieve the "painted on" look use the MS-231 Mr. Mark Softer on top of the applied decal.
